2024 Chardonnay
Dr. Ron Bitner is also a vineyard manager for 55 acres which includes this Chardonnay block planted in 1981. This vineyard has minimal spray applications and the same hand labor, dedication and love applied to it as our estate vineyards. 40 years later, this vineyard continues to produce clean, beautiful fruit.
Lightly oaked and refreshingly crisp, this wine opens with flavors of golden apple, vanilla, and toasted caramel. The palate leads to a lingering finish with hints of pineapple and a touch of balanced acidity, offering both elegance and complexity.
Pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, roast chicken, or creamy pasta dishes. Also a delicious match with soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert and light, citrusy salads with vinaigrette. The wine’s balanced acidity and subtle oak complement rich textures while refreshing the palate.
