Estate Vineyards planted in 1981, originally inspired by Dr. Ron Bitner’s travels to Australia in the 1990s, these wines reflect a style known for its bright acidity, precise minerality, and age-worthy structure.
Thanks to the long sunny days, cool summer nights, and the distinct soils of the Snake River Valley, our Rieslings are crisp and clean, with expressive aromas of ginger, green apple, and wet stone.
With time in the bottle, these wines continue to evolve—developing classic honey and petrol notes that mark the finest examples of this noble varietal.

This dry Riesling is a versatile food wine—its bright acidity and minerality make it a perfect match for spicy Asian cuisine (think Thai or Szechuan), grilled shrimp, and fresh oysters. It also pairs beautifully with roast pork, herb-roasted chicken, and goat cheese. For a lighter touch, try it with a green apple and arugula salad with citrus vinaigrette.
