A very distinct wine, our Chardonnay showcases our 40-year-old vineyard and the distinct terroir of the Snake River Valley.  Undergoing a light French Oak, this steely chardonnay’s focus is on the grape itself with aromas of tropical fruit and underlying notes of limestone and chalk minerality.  The palate is elegant yet crisp, with layers of apple, pear, citrus, and white peach.
