2016 Mi Tierra

The Mi Tierra is a full-bodied, powerhouse wine with firm oak tannins. Aromas of boysenberry and black currant greet the nose with hints of ginger and anise. The ripe flavors of rich black fruit are accompanied by earthy vanilla notes, leading to a long, elegant finish. This Mi Tierra will continue to develop greater complexity and character with additional aging. For 2016, 3 of these barrels were chosen for the final blend of 67% Syrah and 33% Petit Verdot. - Taste the Difference
